The Opening Keynote Speaker is Rae Lynn Haliday, MBA, CRM, CIGO, FAI, of the Saint Louis Zoo.  Rae Lynn will be providing her insight on Advancing the Saint Louis Zoo’s RIM Program for Animal and Veterinary Records in Support of its Mission and Three Keys: Animals Always, People Matter and Operational Excellence.

Mychal Threets is the Luncheon Keynote Speaker.  Mychal will be sharing his Unhinged Library Joy, Connecting Community, Mentorship and Encouragement.  You might have recently seen Mychal on TikTok, Good Morning America, or PBS.  Don’t miss the chance to experience his infectious enthusiasm in person.

The Closing Keynote panel is an ICRM Certification Panel Discussion moderated by Andrew Ysasi, CRM, IGP, CIP, FIIM. Our distinguished ICRM panel will provide in-depth information, experience, and advice on navigating the ICRM Certification Journey: It’s More Than a Destination.

Take advantage of Leap Day this year and get a jump on RIM Month. Join the ICRM for our first virtual mixer for all members, candidates, and prospects.  We will focus on a few brief presentations about successful RIM Month ideas and activities to try in your own organization.  Presenters will be sharing ideas, posters, games, etc., to get you ready for your own well-received RIM Month. Be ready to engage with your peers and share your own ideas and challenges when preparing for April RIM Month. We can’t wait to meet you virtually!

The ICRM is thrilled to offer our Winter Virtual Exam Preparation Workshop Series to help candidates prepare for exams.

We will offer one preparation workshop each week presented by a qualified certified ICRM Member. Our Winter Series Exam Prep Workshop is Wednesday, February 7 - Wednesday, March 20.

Part 1-5 Workshops
Our Part 1-5 workshops are 90-minute workshops that include a high-level overview of what is covered in the exam, 20 sample questions, and a chance to ask questions from a qualified ICRM Presenter.

Pricing:  $40 each 

Part 6 Workshops
Our Part 6 workshops are 4-hour workshops that help prepare you to write your business case. Candidates will write a sample business case and have the opportunity for it to be reviewed by a qualified Part 6 Presenter.

Pricing: $80 each
